There is nothing quite like decorating your home for the seasons. Christmas, Easter, Autumn, the lot! I know that here in the UK, it’s not as common or popular as it is in the states, but I do it anyway. As we live with the in-laws, there is only so much decorating I can do in the one room. I long for the days where we have our own house and I can decorate this shit out of it. Is it sad that as we look for house inspo, the main thing that goes through my head is how can we decorate it for the holidays? Is it just me that thinks like that?

I am a sucker for anything mustard coloured at the moment. The mustard blanket is amazing and super soft, It’s the perfect weight for napping but also gives a bed so much texture and a hint of colour. Wilko have a really good range of blankets/throws in at the moment that won’t brake the bank!The Harry Potter cookbook is on its way to me and I couldn’t be more excited!
What do you decorate your home with for Autumn? Do you even decorate at all?
As an American, of course I decorate!!! I love fall leaf garlands; you can intertwine them around so much, on mantles, over fireplaces, etc. I like creating autumnal flower bunches and sticking them into jars, and getting cute pieces like scarecrows and wreaths to hang up. Literally just wrote a blog post on my Autumnal decor, & like you, I can’t wait to move out and decorate a whole place! xx
