Earlier this year, we went to Garsons Farm in Esher to pick strawberries and cherries with my Nan. We decided to go back there to go pumpkin picking! When we arrived, we went and had a look around the garden centre and have something to eat. I couldnt believe that it was beginin of October yet ALL their Christmas decorations were out. To be fair, their Christmas displays are fricking amazing – But you wont see photos of them until Blogmas 🙂
After we had a look around the garden center, we went to see the farm shop. I used to come here when I was a kid, with my Nan and her mum ( Nan-nan). I get the most nostalgic feeling every time I come back here. They had so many amazingly cute tiny pumpkins and gourds in crates out the front of the shop. I couldn’t help but get a couple. They sell so much fresh produce too. We got some fruit and some olives, as well as a few cans of pumpkin puree as we normally can’t get it here in the UK. I can’t wait to try making Vegan Pumpkin Muffins!
We then made our way over to the pumpkin patch. When we got there, we saw they had corn fields too. We tried to take a few photos, but Molly was not at all interested. I think maybe next year, when she starts walking and can run around, she will be more interested. The pumpkins however, she was quite happy being plonked down surrounded by them. She was picking them up, trying to eat them and just so kicky feet happy! She even sat on one happy as Larry.
Seeing how excited Molly got at everything, makes me so excited for Christmas. I can’t wait to see her little face light up!
